General Polices

CLIENT  COMMITMENT:

NO CALL/ NO TEXT/ NO SHOWS will prevent you from scheduling future appointments (NO EXCEPTIONS). NO refunds will be issued.

 

A minimum of 48 hours required to cancel or reschedule.DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. If after 48 hours, contact Adrienne to adjust appt update.

 

All client members have access to  view,  reschedule or cancel their appointments and view store purchases via the website on the service page through the Client Log-in. 

 

Must call if running late if beyond 15 minutes late. You may be asked to reschedule.  

 

Please do not arrive early to your appointment. Come at the scheduled time, unless told otherwise.

SCHEDULING:

The website will not allow you to schedule an appointment 24 hours before the desired day.  For example: If you want to schedule the 10th, you wont be able to log in on the 9th and schedule for the 10th. 

DEPOSITS/ PAYMENT:

A deposit is required for ALL services. Deposits goes towards the final balance. Pay by credit/debit card at the time of booking. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person. 

If you reschedule then the deposit is transferred automatically to the new date. If you cancel your appt, then you forfeit your deposit.  ALL deposits are non-refundable. 

Remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of your service with cash or credit/ debit card. ALL major credit cards accepted. (NO CHECKS)  

ATTENTION PARENTS & CLIENTS:

Very Important .....Please be sure to pack a few snacks and drink(s) to sustain you through the appointment. Most appts are 2+ hours long

NO EXTRA PEOPLE:

DO NOT Bring Extra people to your appointment. Parent may stay or I can send a courtesy text 30 mins prior to finishing/ pick-up time. I reserve the right to ask you to reschedule if you choose to not adhere to this policy.   

Clients are not allowed to change the style the same day of appointment. You must make changes 48 hours or more prior to the appt. The style booked online is the style that will be done the day of the appt.

NO LAST MINUTE CHANGES: 

STYLE CORRECTIONS​:

Must  notify me within 48 hours of style completion with concerns or maintenance request for NO FEE. If you exceed the 48 hour cut-off, then you maybe subjected to a minimum $25 service fee. Fee may be more depending on service needed.
